General Promotion Rules

1. Eligibility

• Entrants must be at least 18 or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher, and eligible under the Terms and applicable law.
• Company may refuse participation by a person or territory and may change participation conditions. Company employees, service providers, promotion personnel and their immediate family or household members (“Related Persons”) may not participate.
• Entries from people who do not meet eligibility requirements are void. Each Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Company may request proof of age, identity or residency. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in exclusion and forfeiture of prizes.

2. How to Enter a Promotion

• During the applicable Promotion Period, enter through the Games and follow the instructions shown there or in the specific promotion description. Entries must be received within the Promotion Period.
• Company systems determine the start and end of a Promotion Period. Fraudulent entries may be voided and the entrant may be disqualified or barred from future Promotions or Services.
• Company may disqualify entrants who violate these Rules or the Terms, disrupt fair operation, harass others, cheat, commit fraud or engage in other misconduct. Prizes already awarded may have to be returned.
• Automated or pre-programmed entry methods and using multiple emails, accounts or identities are prohibited.

3. Promotion Types

• For chance-based Promotions, winners are selected by a fair automated computer system. During the Promotion Period, you may request free entry by emailing Company with the subject “Free participation request – [NAME OF PROMOTION] Promotion” and including your username, phone number, email address and date of birth. The email must be associated with your registered account and received during the applicable Promotion Period; each valid email gives one ticket.
• Where multiple draws take place in one Promotion, participants may enter all draws but may win only one.
• For skill-based Promotions, details are provided in the Services or the specific Promotion terms. Company is not liable for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered or misdirected entries.

4. Prizes and Selection of Winners

• Winner selection and prizes are described in the relevant Promotion listing or the Services. Company’s decisions about administration and selection are final and binding.
• Unless otherwise stated, odds depend on the number of eligible entries. If a prize cannot be awarded, Company may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Prizes are provided “as is”, personal and non-transferable. Winners are responsible for taxes, fees and expenses unless expressly stated otherwise. Third-party prize terms may apply.

5. Notification and Claiming Prizes

• Potential winners are notified through the Services or their supplied contact details within 10 business days of selection.
• Where permitted, winners may need to sign and return eligibility, liability and publicity documents within 7 days. Company may make one attempt to contact a potential winner within 72 hours.
• Failure to respond, return required documents or comply with these Rules or the Terms may result in disqualification and selection of another winner. Winners must keep contact details current.
• Prizes are delivered within 10 business days after Company receives required information and eligibility is confirmed. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without additional payment.

6. Limitations of Liability and Release

By entering, you release, indemnify and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, suppliers, promotion organizations and their representatives from third-party claims, losses, costs, injuries and liabilities arising from the Promotion, entry processing, prize announcements or delivery, participation, acceptance or use of a prize, technical errors or related activities.

The Services and prizes are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. By accepting a prize, you release Company from claims arising from the Promotion, the Services or the prize.

7. Sponsor

Promotions are sponsored only by Company and are not endorsed by, affiliated with or sponsored by any third party. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply association or endorsement.

8. General

• Participants grant Company a perpetual, unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical information, participation, prizes won and entry submissions for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration, subject to law. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
• Company may modify, suspend, extend or terminate a Promotion if events beyond its control prevent it from continuing as planned. Company may change these Rules or a Promotion as permitted by law and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
• Disputes are resolved under the Terms. Company may invalidate a Promotion if its integrity or these Rules are compromised. Company is the sole arbiter of Promotion matters; its decisions on entry validity are final.
• If specific Promotion terms conflict with these Rules or the Terms, the order is: specific Promotion terms, these Rules, then the Terms.
